It’s never too late to be a 15 year old boy. (in other words ‘any one can learn to skateboard’. of course not everyone will be able to skate a bowl full of balloons like that 🙂
That’s the Department of Skateboarding in Portland, OR! Many years ago, some friends of mine had their wedding reception there. No balloons, but plenty of skateboarding and a Bhangra dj. It was pretty much the greatest wedding reception of all time.
