-That’s Katie Thorne up there, just hangin’ with her hubby while she checks something off her life list. Like you do.
-As long as I’ve known Jordan, of Oh Happy Day, she’s wanted one of these.
-I’ve always wanted to go to this.
– And Leslie Fandrich is actually getting started on one of the most common, and most difficult, goals we see on Go Mighty.
If you’re not a member of Go Mighty yet, come hang out. We’re still technically in beta, but invitations go out within about 24 hours after your initial request, so don’t be shy.
This is off-topic but were you, by any chance, at China Beach on Saturday? I was parked along the fence waiting for my friends who were on the beach, being totally spoiled by SF showing off. Someone who looked like you stopped in front to the car and stretched her quads before walking off. I almost leaned my head out the window and asked, “Maggie Mason?” but I was exhausted from playing chauffeur/tour guide all day and that simple act seemed to take more energy than I was willing to give up at the moment. Do you mind being approached by readers in public? If you don’t and we cross paths again (and I’m not hosting out-of-town guests) I’ll ask, “Mighty Girl?”. Somehow that seems like a better introduction.

Hi Franca, it wasn’t me! And no, I don’t mind being approached, so do say hi if you ever run into me.

Oh, man! I was so certain it was you.
Anywho, regarding Barthelona. I was there for only a few days but the little I saw I loved. Beautiful city and beautiful people. One resto I wanted to try but ran out of time is Quimet i Quimet. I first heard about it through Amanda Hesser’s column in the NY Times: http://www.nytimes.com/2002/09/01/magazine/food-diary-canned-heat.html?pagewanted=all&src=pm
Of course, go to La Sagrada Familia. Your jaw will drop and shatter on the tiled floor. Amaze balls.
Hank should love the dragon Park Güell.
