There’s a brief interview with me up at In the Air. My interviewer is a kid who’s learning how to express himself better and finding ways to relate to other people better. His questions are great. Go check it out.

Lovely interview. If you wrote a book on how to be happy, I would totally read it. I would even BUY it. (Which is more than I can say for most books these days. Thanks, SFPL!)

Good god, Maggie — I fly when I’m falling asleep, too! I thought I was the only one!

That’s wonderful, I browsed around his site a little bit and I can’t believe he’s only 9 years old!

Maggie: Thank you so much for taking the time to do the interview…and for linking to Matthew’s blog. Your readers have been so kind and supportive in their comments for Matthew.
Michelle: He will be ten this weekend. 😉 What a wonderful compliment.

I loved this interview, and I loved that a kid with Asperger’s is showing just how creative and smart he is. I wish more people who dismiss these kids would be exposed to their talents.
I have a son with Asperger’s and believe me, high school was torture for him. He was called “retard” a lot.
