The little guy just rolled over by himself. I’m feeling pretty good that he didn’t roll off of anything in the process. Parenting skills, unsurpassed.

Mighty Girl 
The first day I babysat my friend’s daughter, she rolled out of bed during her nap. She had just gotten her cast off from an earlier roll so I was crapping myself. Thank goodness there was no harm done or that probably would have also been my last day babysitting.

Shit. What a heart-stopping nightmare. Both my kids have fallen off the couch to no ill effect, but I keep imagining myself at the hospital in fetal position. Babies. They pretend to be inert lumps for months, then move when you’re least prepared.
