It goes without saying, I’m jealous of the folks attending Austin City Limits this weekend. What musician would you most like to see live, or see live again?

  1. I just bought tickets to see The Killers, so I’m excited about that. I’d like to see Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band again. And oddly enough, I’d like to see Weird Al Yankovic again, he’s a great performer!

  2. Sadly, I was all prepared to go to ACL and even had my after-party tickets. Thirty minutes before boarding, my client issued laptop died requiring me to leave the airport, drive to Palo Alto and get it fixed. By the time I got back to the airport, all flights to Austin were booked through Sunday. Luckily the airlines and Hotwire all took pity on me and refunded me my money. I was able to sell my 3-day wristband and tickets too. Long story short… I should have been in Austin jamming it out to some of my favorite bands. Instead I was here fall cleaning my house. Is it too early for another drink? Yeah, probably should wait until noon at least.

  3. Grimes! Go MTL! Saw her open for Arcade Fire in a Montreal concert hall that holds 2,000 people. Grimes was sexy and enticing. Arcade Fire was monumental. Flabbergasting, really, the stage could not contain them. I’m surprised the roof stayed up.
