    You know, I wouldn’t have thought it was true either, but I watch what I’m eating whenever I hit the upper limits of my weight-swing, and I enjoy food so much more at those times because I’m really paying attention to the way things taste.

    It makes me remember being a kid with a health-food nut mom. An ice cream sandwich was an electric experience.
