Appreciating this movie was one of 2 litmus tests I gave my husband before we married. He passed…loved it and quotes it to this day – Your skin, it’s so flexible.
That movie is the reason I play ukulele, and the basis of my one good Life Story – working up the guts to call the man who actually played the recorded ukulele part that Steve Martin is faking (Lyle Ritz), and asking him how to play the first chord.
