I’m pretty sure the necklace is made from stacked rounds of unhemmed cotton with a seed bead in the middle of each “pool.”

what is the necklace made of? fabric rounds sewn together? ribbon? can’t tell from snap as it’s a bit fuzzy. LOVE the outfit, and Maggie is right, I would have never have thought to wear any of those pieces together and yet i drool for the ensemble.
