    Cuisinart has a much more affordable line of cast iron/enamel cookware for those of us who just can’t spring $200! I have their covered 2 quart pot in red. It’s so pretty, I just leave it on my stove all the time.

    It would be cool to do a roundup of all the gorgeous enamel cookware out there, there’s lots of it. I mostly did the Le Creuset because of the lifetime guarantee. They’ll re-enamel it for you if it chips.
