HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY
Me: I want to take a bath. Will you bring me popcorn, princess style?
Him: Hmm. Only if you dance sexy for me.
So I danced sexy, and he brought me popcorn.
The end.

seems like a fair trade.
Sounds very similar to my relationship with my hubby.
Love it.
Sounds like the perfect Valentine’s Day.
What is “princess style”?
Win!
I’ll be needing video proof of this exchange.
haha, thats hilarious, I can relate!
This is how a relationship lasts. For real.

Yeah, I was wondering what princess style was, as well.
Bryan and I opted out of Vday this year.
My bathtime snack of choice is always dark chocolate… The boy refuses to bring it to me though.
You have such a way with words.
But as your cousin, I’m kinda glad you didn’t go into details.
Happy Valentine’s Day Maggie!
Now that’s a REAL love story. The end.
Yes, what is “princess style”?
I’m just guessing, but what with the bath and the wet hands, princess style has got to mean he hand-feeds Maggie.
At least, that’s how I’d mean it.
Or else maybe brought to her on a dainty pink pillow.
Yes, that’s my end of the deal, to be sealed tonight: I have to do some sort of dance. This coming from someone who doesn’t dance. But it would be worth it to be brought food in the bath.
men are so easy, you know the popcorn took longer to make than the dancing.
Princess style is just having people bring things you want while you’re soaking in the tub, laying in bed, laying on the couch, or otherwise pleasantly engaged.
It’s gonna be Princess Style at my house all weekend! Aww yeah! Tahnks Maggie : )
and that would be what romance is all about… who needs roses and chocolates?
I love this idea. Lacking a male human to do this for me, however, do you think I could train the dogs?
Ah, marriage.
[...] February 19, 2008 Posted by allstarme in Long involved entry, Oh baby, weekend recaps. trackback I’m so behind in blogging about my riveting weekend activities!! Actually, it was a prettygood, long weekend. Ash and I had our actual valentine’s Day celebration on Friday night. My friend picked Elliot up on her way home from work so we could go to dinner uninterrupted. Ash and I headed to Osaka where he ate hibachi and I had sushi… and two Tom Collins. They make ‘em strong there, let me tell you. But I needed it because I made a promise to Ash back on New Year’s that I’d do a dance for him on Valentine’s. Oh, the pressure! ( And I wasn’t the only one) But all was good; we enjoyed out roughly 6 hours away from the boy and remembered what it was like before children. But it was also nice to go pick him up. [...]
I’m with Rachel. I want video of the exchange.
