EMMA FOR PRESIDENT

I tell my niece about a toy called Webkinz, which is sort of like a cross between a Cabbage Patch Kid and a Tamagotchi.

Me: You go online to adopt it, and then you feed it and take care of it.

Emma: Oooo! I like controlling things.

Sounds like a lot of people I know — though none would be so blunt about feeling that way… Gotta love kids for their brutal honesty!

Hey… Wait a second… Did you skip a day during NaPoBloMo?!? Say it isn’t so!

I nearly fell out of my chair laughing! She sounds like my granddaughter Emma.

Maybe it’s an Emma thing … P A M … Do you see the name Emma in those three letters? Somebody’s gonna tell me it can’t be just an Emma thing unless you see Emma in P A M.

Sigh … It probably fits better under the heading of “it takes one to appreciate one :)

Tell Emma “Way to Go!” And then get her reading Tom Peters book thin little Talent book ASAP.

Yeah … so … while I’m being controlling … You All should read it :)
