TREADING LIGHTLY
In case you haven’t been watching MTV lately, or in case you just want to watch this again and again until you can perform your own routine at the gym, here’s the OK Go, “Here It Goes Again” video.

this is one of the coolest things I’ve seen lately… I love Heather, and now by association, you.
O.K. Go so rocks!!!
i feel cooler havin watched this video. I hope they sell there CD at walmart. GO COOL SUBURBAN MOM!!!
I would pay to see the bloopers and the many accidents they must have had before achieving such an awesome choreography!
Seriously! =)
I have been watching this daily. It’s brilliant!
I *heart* that so much! That video makes me want to hug them all and pinch their cheeks.
I am so not having nearly enough fun with my treadmill.
And they say skinny geeky guys have no athleticism…
I’m not sure what I’d do with so many treadmills. I’m pretty good at ignoring the one we have.
Finally, a use for the treadmill.
Some of their earlier choreographed work. I wonder who among them is the choreographer.
Maggie, your links make my day!
I so love these guys. The first video was choreographed by the lead singers sister. I don’t know about the tread mill one though. AH. Must watch.
I can’t get my husband to appreciate this video – I’m glad to see it’s not just me!!
I love your blog – I’ve linked you up to mine and there ain’t nothin you can do about it.
Hehe a friend had posted that link earlier this week and I had to the same on my blog… I think I’ve watched it a zillion times since then!
I have been showing this video to everyone I know. My secret wish is to learn the routine and break it out at the gym. Isn’t the faux ice skating part fantastic?
[...] Check out this clip for the OK GO song Here It Goes Again here. The use of treadmills has revitalised my morning. And the song’s pretty cool as well. Woo! (via MightyGirl) Posted on August 22nd 2006 in Music [...]
Thank you. THANK YOU! I just can’t get enough of this video. It’s mesmerizing. I have linked to both you and it on my blog today.
All Hail The Mighty Fabulousness!
I love the video… and your blog for that matter, but my question is, does MTV actually still play videos?
(Lindsey – The faux ice skating is the best!)
Ha–I linked to this on my blog yesterday, too. I also emailed it to some coworkers, who are all now clamoring to hear more from OK Go. This video is so mesmerizing and clever, I could watch it forever.
Okay, I’m very sorry, but I’m using this space for a totally unrelated question. My friend just directed me to this site (I’ll be looking through Mighty Goods in a minute – yea!) for Iceland photos. I am going this winter and am wondering if you can recommend a place to stay in Reykjavik… did you like where you stayed? Thank you!
I don’t know if MTV still plays videos, but my brother just cut this video for a commercial to run on VH1 at OK Go’s request, so I think you’ll be seeing it more there in the near future.
I don’t know about the CD in walmart though.
I saw this on YouTube. I could, indeed, watch it over and over again. I also have a need to download that song…so I guess their little trick worked.
All of their videos have this level of choreography. get this – it’s the lead singer’s SISTER that choreographed all of them.
If you buy their Oh No album you need to buy their first self titled album as well.
NOW I see what all the fuss about YouTube is about. I’m a little behind the curve. I’m going to show my kids something on MTV!
They are doing the treadmill routine live on the MTV award show thingy that is coming up soon. Way to get me to watch, MTV.
I have definitely linked to this on my blog … reviews are scattered. Best thing I’ve seen on the Internet this year.
Carrie –
Maggie and I stayed at the Hotel Fron. Simple, nice, very well located and surprisingly affordable for the most expensive place in the world.
Thanks for sharing this great video! I absolutely *heart* watching others exercise..or create music videos with exercise equipment.
I love your site!
Lego version.
God- Damned Spam!!!… unless you have a huge following with the tourettes population…
