I think 'Clef is merely being a gracious host. He's asking a guest's name (while being rakishly complimentary), and then letting her know that his house is her house. Sure, one would normally say "Mi Casa es su casa," but 'Clef has a lot of people to talk to. I'll spot him the linguistic informality. Why does this drive Shakira wild?
